Structure
The system comprises an Pentium-PC in an
industrial quality, the interface to the
measuring devices, the printer as well as a special software.
It is a multi-task and real time software.
The data logging is continued even if the computer is used
for other tasks, e.g. input of new
manufacturing data
or analysis of former manufacturing
periods.
Operation
The operation can easily be done:
The system is Windows based. The operator's
interface is adapted to the special needs of tubing lines. The data
analysis can be done by a number
of tools, for example zoom functions.
Further investigations can be made by means of data base systems, for
example Excel.

- The certificate of delivery is
generated automatically on the base of a 100% control. The
quality of the manufacturing can be shown to the customer in a
convincing way.
