BoltMike SMII


	The BoltMike SMII is a portable ultrasonic bolting control system that offers simple operation, automatic waveform display, and self calibration. The BoltMike SMII ensures accurate bolt tension in any application plus data upload and download capabilities for dependable reporting and analysis.


	Description of Features

	* The BoltMike SMII displays the load, stress or elongation of a fastener by ultrasonically measuring the change of length and the change in sound velocity.

	* Built-in waveform display helps user to place transducer properly by verifying signal reception.

	* Built-in reference block makes inter- changing transducers easy.

	* Data information can be uploaded/ downloaded to an IBM^® compatible PC directly from the BoltMike SMII with utility software. This makes for easy measurement analysis and data reporting. This feature allows information to be saved for periodic comparison at regular service intervals.


	* Compensation for change in velocity due to temperature occurs automatically.

* The optional Data Case offers simplicity of operation with IBM^® MS^®-DOS disk compatibility. It comes with a software program, 3.5" disk drive, formatted disks, integral charger, universal switching power supply, and 24 column dot matrix impact printer in a zero Haliburton case.

* The optional utility software program provides BoltMike SMII communication and converts ASCII text format to allow importation of data.
