ISONIC MIA Bond Mapping System
(ISONIC) is computerized equipment for bond testing using an output of MIA 2500
Bond Tester (bond tester) as a source of bond characterization signal in each
current location of manually manipulated MIA 2500 Probe (bond probe). The
